Arcane complies with federal and state regulations for the shipping of hemp-derived products. Due to state-specific laws, we cannot ship hemp-derived items to the following states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, and South Dakota. We use USPS exclusively for deliveries and ensure that all products meet the federal THC limit of 0.3% per the 2018 Farm Bill guidelines. Customers are responsible for understanding and following all local regulations regarding CBD and hemp-based products.
Shipping Policy
Arcane offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 for all orders within the United States, with free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays, and tracking information will be provided once the order ships. We use USPS exclusively for shipping, with expected delivery times ranging from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that international and APO/FPO shipping are not available at this time.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation: For secure delivery, all shipments come with real-time tracking and require a signature upon delivery. This process helps prevent theft, misdelivery, and unauthorized access, offering both Arcane and our customers added peace of mind from the moment a product leaves our facility to its final delivery
Discreet Shipping: We prioritize customer privacy by using plain, unbranded packaging. This discreet approach minimizes the risk of interception or theft, a practice widely recommended and adopted in the cannabis industry
