Only defective or damaged items qualify for returns or exchanges. Customers must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return due to defect or damage. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund. This policy ensures product integrity and compliance with local regulations, as returned items cannot be resold and are subject to destruction if returned.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, we will issue a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable, offer an exchange or store credit. We do not provide refunds for products that have been tampered with, used, or are missing original packaging and labeling.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety, certain items like opened edibles, used vape cartridges, and personalized products are non-returnable unless defective. Any product used in a way that violates local or federal law is also not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
